This maritime organisation needed a programme identity for their Trusted Adviser programme, to give it a distinctive story and visual feel to cut through others comms.

OVERVIEW

Our consultancy partner conducted behavioural research and uncovered the following:

Insight: Each colleague brings a unique perspective, developed from their career experiences, that can help customers.

Message: Offer your knowledge and experience to provide value and become a ‘Trusted Adviser’—not a salesperson.

Using this insight, I developed the creative narrative and concept, ‘Map of Me’, pitching it to stakeholders, and refining it into a visual identity. I advised on the key visual photoshoot and applied the identity to print, digital, and event assets.

Creative concept: The Map of Me

Each of us is made up of the behaviours, ideas, and knowledge we have developed – the ‘Map of Me’.

As we explore the world, we need to expand our map, explore uncharted areas, redefine ideas or behaviours that no longer serve us, and grow on this continuous journey of personal and career development.

As this organisation builds out its new skills and behavioural framework, these behaviours become the common geography of all colleagues on their ‘Map of Me’.

Each colleague’s uniqueness is celebrated, with their image combined with their experience and knowledge, all united by best practices.
